Participants are kindly asked to register at the registration page. Registration is free of charge with coffee and lunch included, but participants are expected to pay for their own travelling costs. The number of participants is limited due to the size of the meeting room to app. 60-70 persons. The conference is in the first place directed to the vice rectors for student affairs of Polish higher education institutions and heads of admission offices. Expecially authorities from the Mazovia district are heartly welcome.

The main purpose of the conference is to start discussion among authorities from Polish HEIs, representatives of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, and other stakeholders on the possibility to organize in Poland central admission for higher education, architecture of such admission and the roadmap.

The good starting point to such discussion would be to hear about the experience of other countries,  especially those which participate with UW and MUCI in the EMREX project, which aims to support digital transfer of student achievements and in such way easy delivery of trustful data to admission systems.

We invited experts from Norway, Finland, Sweden, Denmark to share with Poland their experience and expertise in business processes involved in central admission to higher education. The experts will tell us how those processes are organized in each country, how the central admission came to live, was this  governmental decision or rather bottom up initiative of the institutions themselves. They will talk about challenges which may be encountered on the way and will share with the audiece their personal opinions on pros and cons of the central admission. The information on IT support for the process will also be mentioned.

The presentations will be followed by the panel discussion with the invited guests and the audience.
